Exercise: Consider the Meet to Marry tip, “don’t spend time with negative people.”
If you are spending time with negative people that bring you down, consider making a change and finding more supportive, positive people to surround yourself with.* Are there people in your life that are well intentioned, but bring you down? Are you too hard on yourself? Think about any negativity that you’ve been allowing into your life — including your own negativity and your own thoughts.
